Quadrant Technologies, a global IT trailblazer headquartered at Redmond in US, takes center stage in Warangal on Friday. The office was inaugurated by Telangana IT & Industries Minister KT Rama Rao. This cutting-edge facility, with a capacity for over 500 IT professionals, is the embodiment of Quadrant’s unwavering commitment to IT excellence.

Speaking after inaugurating the Global Development Centre (GDC) of Quadrant Technologies in Warangal, KTR said that the future of India was in tier-2 cities as the government is developing a robust transport system with bullet trains, and better air connectivity.

He said that the State government constructed IT Hubs in tier-2 cities like Warangal, Nalgonda, Siddipet, Mahbubnagar, Khammam, Karimnagar, and Nizamabad to decentralise the IT growth. He also appealed to the NRI community to set up offices in the tier II cities of the State to create employment opportunities for the youngsters.

The minister said that 50 per cent of the population in India was less than the age of 27 and 65% of the population was under the age of 35. “Earlier everyone said the population was a problem, but today India’s population is seen as strength in the form of human resources.

“The State government was building infrastructure for companies to set up offices in tier II cities with an aim to create more and more employment opportunities for the youth,” he said, instructing the officials to increase the land bank to further accommodate more companies Warangal, with its substantial population of young professionals, is a hotbed of opportunity. With 27 per cent of India’s youth and a remarkable 65 per cent under the age of 35, the region is poised to emerge as a thriving IT hub. In an era where human resources drive innovation and growth, Warangal facility aims to not only tap into the local talent pool but also leave an indelible mark on the global IT landscape.
